Do I need a prescription to order medicines?
Prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. Non-prescription (OTC) medicines can be ordered without a prescription. Each medicine on our platform clearly indicates whether a prescription is required.
How do I upload my prescription?
Click the 'Upload Prescription' button on any prescription medicine page, or use the 'Order with Prescription' feature on the home page. You can upload a photo or PDF of your prescription.
Are all medicines available online?
No. Schedule X medicines and narcotic drugs cannot be sold online as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. These are clearly marked as 'Not available online' on our platform.
How long does delivery take?

Are the medicines authentic?
Yes. All medicines are sourced from licensed pharmacies and verified by our registered pharmacists before dispatch.
Can I return medicines?

How are prices calculated?
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all taxes. Discounts are applied to the MRP where applicable.
